Cricket is back! - 14/04/2011

Following on from the successful Telegraph Cricket World Cup game, GFM have delivered Telegraph Fantasy Cricket County Challenge. With more than £15,000 up for grabs, the game invites you to pick 11 superstars from the cream of English cricket to compete for you throughout the summer season. This season, selected players will score points in all County Championship and 40 over matches. Irish Sun Hotel Breaks

In January 2011, GFM recruited over 200 hotels, Guest Houses & B & Bs across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for the Irish Sun’s first ever major national discounted accommodation promotion. The participants were offering room nights for €5, €10 or €20 per person, per night. Readers collected 10 tokens and resulted in bookings of over 10,000 room nights.

 

 

Telegraph Fantasy Aintree - 01/04/2011

GFM are pleased to announce the launch of Telegraph Fantasy Aintree, in association with Racing UK. Telegraph Fantasy Aintree is a new fantasy game based on the 3-day Aintree Festival - including the John Smith's Grand National, which runs from April 7 to April 9, 2011. Sun Holidays are back! - 19/01/2011

The Sun's Holidays from £9.50 promotion is back for 2011 and has even more breaks than ever before with holidays in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia and Croatia. GFM recruited 351 UK and European holiday parks, offering breaks in 2011 for Sun readers. BBC WORLDWIDE AFTERNOON TEA OFFER – AUTUMN 2010

GFM have created and delivered this promotion across five BBC Worldwide titles – Radio Times, Gardener’s World, Good Food Guide, Lonely Planet & Olive magazines. The campaign involved recruitment of outlets and build of a bespoke listing website including a voucher than can be downloaded as well as the ones that appear in the magazines. GFM throws weight behind national fitness drive - 01/09/2010

GFM is set to expand after being appointed by healthcare provider Nuffield Health to boost membership of its Fitness and Wellbeing Centres. The contact centre team will manage the recruitment of lapsed members following Nuffield Health’s acquisition of 51 health clubs.

GFM Business Development Director Laura Morrison said: “We will be contacting former club members and offering them great deals to rejoin. As a result of this and other new projects, we will be appointing 14 new staff to our team to help us manage campaigns and deliver excellent results.”

GFM has extensive experience in providing innovative outsourced contact centre solutions for a wide variety of clients and has a 152-seat contact centre at its Colchester headquarters.

Nuffield Health Sales Director Jane Griffiths explained: “Our Fitness & Wellbeing Centres offer a new look at health clubs by providing a comprehensive range of services that you wouldn’t usually find in a gym. As well as fitness facilities, there are on-site health MOTs, professionally trained health advisors, relaxation areas and regular health seminars.

“Because of the extensive changes in the way in which the health clubs operate, we need expert support to reach out to previous members which is why we have chosen GFM and their well-trained contact centre team to help us achieve our aims.”
