The contact centre team will manage the recruitment of lapsed members following Nuffield Health’s acquisition of 51 health clubs. GFM has extensive experience in providing innovative outsourced contact centre solutions for a wide variety of clients and has a 152-seat contact centre at its Colchester headquarters. Nuffield Health Sales Director Jane Griffiths explained: “Our Fitness & Wellbeing Centres offer a new look at health clubs by providing a comprehensive range of services that you wouldn’t usually find in a gym.
