To provide an automated restaurant locator line for Brewers Fayre customers.
An automated “Where’s My Nearest” IVR solution was developed. The system identified the customers telephone number and offered a selection of their nearest restaurants with directions.
This service was previously performed by Whitbread’s’ call centre so an automated service was more efficient for the customer and Whitbread. GFM also provided an analytics package so the client could track advertising response.
A neat and simple way for customers to find their nearest Brewere Fayre restaurant which also saved the client money.
