To create an IVR karaoke service for Nickelodeon’s popular TV show Sponge Bob Square Pants and provide vetting process for winners.
A bespoke IVR solution enabled callers to sing over the top of the theme tune and review and re-record their efforts as required. The callers’ audio was made available instantly to Nickelodeons team for vetting.
The ability to play and record, Karaoke style, was quite challenging but we were able to provide an extremely simple user interface and cost effective solution.
