Park Resorts Reservations Centre

CHALLENGE :

To create a reservations and booking system for the newly formed Park Resorts UK.

Solution:

In less than four weeks GFM created a reservations system and trained 25 GFM staff to deal with reservations, refund and cancellation, travel bookings, tour operator bookings and  yield management systems.

Benefit :

Our ability in contact centre services provided an ideal solution and allowed the new holiday provider to trade with a professional reservations and administration function.

Result :

This department was a huge success and helped turn this fledgling company in to a huge success . Over 3 years over 300,000 calls were answered and 130,000 bookings were made.
