Jack Daniels created a special game card which was given to customers buying their drink within certain bars in Glasgow. Winning cards gave customer the chance to attend one of 3 special parties. As a result of this offer Jack Daniels needed assistance with managing the winner party reservations.
GFM were able to offer a 7 days a week solution allowing winners to call in and reserve their place at one of the parties. Our friendly operators would screen callers to ensure they were winners before reserving them a place.
