When Tony Roma’s Restaurants opened for the first time in the UK there was a need to recruit approximately 25 staff in relatively short period of time. These included experienced front of house and back of house personnel.
GFM Created a call script for each specific role allowing candidates to be judged on their suitability for the role they applied for. Using our in-house call scripting software candidates were taken through the required screening and were judged against set criteria. Successful candidates were booked in to attend a face to face interview and sent a recruitment pack containing all the information needed for the interview.

By screening each candidate against set criteria only those passing pre-qualifying questions and meeting the required standard were offered a face to face interview. Tony Romas’s were relieved of all the stress and were simply passed a schedule for face to face interviewing together with all the respective candidate details.
Tony Roma’s UK were able to leave the initial recruitment attraction and screening in our capable hands and save them valuable time and effort. The screening was so successful that 75% of candidates who attended a face to face interview were offered positions.
