Financial Services Survey calls

Challenge:

It is key that when a financial advisor is selling a service to a customer that they receive the best possible service. GFM currently assists  a number of financial service providers to ensure that customer are happy with the service they have been given.

Solution:

Together with clients GFM developed customer questionnaires to determine the quality of the service provided by their financial advisors. GFM's experienced outbound team surveyed customers and provided clients with detailed reports.

Benefit:

The client was provided with valuable information on customer experiences which they used to improve training of sales teams.

GFM have conducted over 5000 surveys in the last year providing an outstanding solution to monitoring standards.
