FAIRVIEW NEW HOMES SURVEY CALLS

Challenge:

Fairview New Homes were having a large number of visitors to their sales centres however, disproportionate amounts were actually purchasing homes. Fairview needed to find out why this was and how the percentage of sales could be increased.

Solution:

GFM's experienced outbound team contacted visitors and completed a detailed survey to find out exactly what they thought about the site. By asking questions such as what offers would encourage the visitors to buy and how much mortgage they needed, useful information could be passed on to the sales staff in order to re-ignite the sales prospect.

Benefit :

This procedure assisted with future Fairview marketing and provided valuable information to increase sales. It may have been that the prospect was interested in buying at Fairview but just had not gained all the information needed to make that choice.

Result :

GFM have conducted surveys with over 5000 visitors to Fairview New Home sites and produced over 1000 potential sales leads.
