The Mobile content company TIMwe launched its service in the UK and Ireland in 2006 and needed a professional English speaking call centre to deal with customer enquires.
GFM already had experience in the mobile content sector and were able to use their experience to provide a customer services line for the TIMwe’s mobile provisions. We provided the customer with the best possible service and offered solutions for subscription issues.
The customer services line ensured that all TIMwe members were given vital assistance when required. This involved assisting with registering for new services or cancelling subscriptions for those that were having difficulty doing this via their mobile.
Since the service launched, GFM have assisted over 4000 subscribers with their queries and helped ensure that the reputation of TIMwe in the UK and Ireland is second to none.
