The Prostate Cancer Charity started to increase their marketing and direct mail activity and needed to ensure that donation responses were handled efficiently.
Using in-house call scripting technology GFM set up a donation service allowing supporters to contact our professional live operators to make their donation. Our extended opening hours gives supporters the flexibility to contact us in the evening or weekend. What is more, we do not charge our clients extra for this privilege. Using our onsite fulfilment facilities we have also assisted with postal donations, direct mail fulfilment and personalised "thank you" letters sent to supporters.
GFM were able to help ensure the charities supporters could speak to a UK based contact centre to make donations and ask any questions about the charity. Our seamless internal process ensures that all supporters are sent a thank you letter certificate in response to their donation.
