In 1997 the Charity Jeans for Genes started to receive a high volume of interest in their charity and were unable to deal with the response levels themselves.
GFM were able to set up procedures and handle all fulfilment and contact centre services required for the growing charity. These requirements were vast and included:

GFM have now worked with Jeans for Genes for 10 years over which time we have helped the charity to raise over £30,000,000. Since 1997 GFM has despatched over 3 million mailing items, captured over 200,000 donations and taken over 500,000 phone calls.
