Telegraph Media group provide a series of free financial guides in association with a variety of financial sponsors and required a contact centre to handle requests for guides via Live operator, IVR and SMS. This was no ordinary Brochure request service as each sponsor required a variety of important qualifying question to be asked.
GFM were able to offer a 24 hour 7 days a week solution allowing readers to requests relevant reader guides by Phone, IVR and online. By using our in house call scripting and IVR system we were able to tailor individual scripts for each guide. Some of the guides involve asking some personal questions relating to the callers finances our operators are fully trained in politely asking callers for this information and believe us,they are good at it!
